Melinda, the owner of this shop is AMAZING! I had a custom request and she got back to me right away. She was able to cut my custom design I created for my lanyard and it turned out BETTER THAN I EXPECTED! The quality of the lanyard, packaging and attention to detail is AMAZING! She got them out the door to my so quickly. I ordered these for my staff to keep track of our keys and I thought having our names on them was such a fun detail. My staff LOVES them and loves wearing them. The lanyards are light so you don’t even know you have them on. I’ve only worn my a couple days now and my patients compliment me all the time. They really are beautiful and beautifully made and Melinda was a dream to work with!! Don’t hesitate ordering a lanyard from Melinda! She was excellent to work with! A++++++
